I want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Tia Paul and her incredible team. Today was only my second visit, and after my second Pico laser treatment, I’m honestly amazed. In just five weeks from my first treatment, I’ve seen a significant improvement. I’ve been struggling with melasma for over 10 years, and it has only gotten worse over time. I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying everything imaginable—IPL, Cosmelan, Moxi, chemical peels, microneedling… you name it, I’ve probably tried it. At one appointment, after spending over $1,000 on a treatment, I was told we’d always be chasing the melasma and that I should get used to it never really getting better. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Paul. I came to see her after a medspa butchered my face and caused post inflammatory hypopigmentation.
